Responsibilities
• Digital Product Management
• Facilitating and prioritizing demands, managing roadmaps and stakeholders, developing business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cross-organizational projects to ensure transparency and alignment of enhancing the products.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and support procurement efforts, from evaluation to contract negotiation.
• Explore opportunities to increase attachment rates for digital products and boost average order value.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience, with a focus on product management (preferably digital products at Online Travel Agencies OR dot com companies).
• Have the right to work in the US
• Familiar with online products, especially online travel products such as plane ticket
• Demonstrated ability in building, launching, and optimizing e-commerce (online international plane ticket) products.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Commerce Tools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Elastic Path, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans.
• Good business judgment, considering the relevance and impact of decisions on the business. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Heap.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
